JukeControl in combination with a CD-ROM or DVD Jukebox offers the audio archive of the radio station. With the integration of a CD-ROM / DVD-Jukebox into the network it is possible to store thousands of music titels and hours of audio material.

JukeControl CD-ROM and DVD is the ideal data carrier for recording great quantities of data. On a normal CD-ROM you can store 5.5 hours and on a DVD-ROM you can store 45 hours of stereo audio in data format. It is possible to integrate into the network environment one or more CD-ROM / DVD Jukeboxes with a capacity of 500 and more CD´s per Jukebox. Each Jukebox can have 4 or more CD-ROM / DVD readers. The access time to the media is about 6 seconds. One Jukebox with CD-ROM can hold 500x650MB=325GB (Giga Byte) = 2.762 hours / 115 days stereo audio in CD quality or with DVD 500x5.2GB=2.6TB (Terra-Byte) = 22.100 hours / 920 days / 2.5 years of stereo audio in CD quality.

Access to an almost unlimited audio archive through the JukeControl and the QuickSearch plug-in module is avail from each workstation even faster than in real time.
